Exam Registration Process

Do not submit the following registration if your examination application form has not yet been returned to your teacher. Please only register your details if your teacher has requested that you apply online.

Your invoice no. is found on the white invoice which is attached to your application form and appears directly above the date of the invoice in the form of 3 digits (ie- 001 - 100)
The UPM no. appears on the same invoice, beside and to the right of the Candidate's name and surname in the form of 2 digits (ie 1 - 90).
If your invoice has not been stamped "Paid", please do not proceed any further as your application will be deemed void.
